About
Making a difference. Every. Single. Day.
At Wilen, we believe in making a positive impact on the world around us. That’s why we’re committed to efforts, both big and small, that provide real, meaningful benefits to our employees, our communities, and the world we all share.
Wilen Cares is a program created to help us do even more to achieve our goals. Through Wilen Cares, we’ve been able to give back to our communities, improve our overall sustainability, and support our employees in their own charitable efforts. And because we believe that caring starts at home, we continue to do our part to promote diversity, inclusion and acceptance in our workplace, and to purposefully partner with organizations who share our same commitment to positive change. We believe that, all together, there’s nothing we can’t do.
Community
A dedication to giving back.
Our people are the heart and soul of our business, and the communities in which we live and work continue to fuel and inspire us. That’s why we’re dedicated to giving back to those communities through local volunteering, charitable giving, disaster relief and encouraging philanthropy throughout our organization.

Feeding Palm Beach County
Since 1989, Feeding South Florida has served Palm Beach County with the goal of breaking the cycle of hunger and poverty. As the largest provider of emergency food assistance in the counties it serves, the organization is designed to service the current and future food system needs of Palm Beach County residents.

Sustainability
Taking important steps today for a better tomorrow.
We are committed to a sustainable future and doing our part to remain environmentally responsible in all aspects of our business.

This requires us to take a multi-pronged approach that includes staying on top of innovations to reduce waste and encourage recyclability, joining with industry partners to eliminate deforestation and other environmental threats, and enabling and encouraging our employees to do their part to take care of our environment.
Sustainability Accomplishments
Recyclable Materials:
Wilen is equipped to print on recycled papers and use soy inks. We only work with mills that source their raw materials from sustainably managed forests. We're proud of the fact that the majority of direct mail we produce is made from renewable resources.
White Paper Factory:
Our white paper factory printing process virtually eliminates waste. Over 90% of Wilen’s printing is “OnDemand,” which means mail is printed to actual volumes. This eliminates the need to preprint estimated volume or overruns, which is the main driver of waste.
Latest Initiatives
Diversity is the key to ingenuity.
It brings us new perspectives, helps us to set new goals, and to rise to new achievements in everything we do. At Wilen we believe in fair treatment and opportunity for all groups and individuals.
We strive to ensure that all of our purchasing agents adhere to the same philosophy by exploring every opportunity to include diversity through utilizing the Disadvantaged or those with Protected Characteristics in our bidding process.
Our ED&I purchasing initiative requires that all individuals who are empowered to make purchasing decisions over and above $10,000 annually must proactively seek Diverse and/or Disadvantaged businesses to compete for our business. Each agent is required to complete a comprehensive search for these vendors/ suppliers on a quarterly basis. By pursuing this policy, we offer an environment that is open, welcoming, and—most of all—dedicated to the success not only of our company, but of those we work with.
